We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 100% of your appointment time. We value your time so please respect ours.

All fees are paid upfront. The ODHA fee guide is used for all services, except for Contract Dental Hygiene Services for Hire (these fees are under contract). If you have insurance coverage, a receipt will be given at each stage and you are responsible for submission to your insurance company.
